True FMA/Eskrima is a great style and it works, you can even see in the techniques it self that this style has been &quot;testet&quot; and comes from a place that is known to be violent, for this reason they also have to keep their style realistic and real all the time..... :)
I think FMA have some of the most realistic training with the Stick, Knife and even their empty hands is very good, but very often most people underestimate that part of FMA......
