Fists and Secret Fists
1. Cupped Hand:
This strikes (fist) is made like if you are holding a cup in your hand, it protects the area around the little finger more then the more known Karate Chop.
There is a other benefit with this fist, its easy to go from a Boxing Fist and then open the hand into a cupped hand, when striking.
2. Elbow Strike:
This is a very powerful strike and close range, it helps if you can grab the opponents head and pull while you get your full body weight behind the strike.
3. Dragon Fist:
Using your middle finger to strike with, supported by the other fingers. The targets are mainly Kyusho points and weak spots on the body.
4. Extended knockles Fist:
This fist is used against targets like the throat or the ribs.
5. Fudoken:
This fist can be used against most targets, this is also good for defang the snake.
6. The Hook:
Usually aimed at the chin, but it can also be used for body shots, especially to the liver.
7. The Jab:
The Jab can be used as a defense, a set-up or you can even ad more power to it by stepping into it…..
The Jab is mostly used against the face, but can also be used against the body (but doing so increases risk for a counter).
8. The Cross:
The blow crosses over the leading arm, hence its name.
The cross can sometimes follow a jab, creating the classic one-two combo.
9. The Uppercut:
The Uppercut is a close range strike and the targets can be the opponents chin or solar plexus.
10. Bone Strike:
Using the bone in your wrist to strike the back of the opponents neck.
11. Tiger Claws:
This fist can be used against the eyes, but also to grab like in muscle destruction techniques.
12. Thumb strike:
Using the thumb, supported by the other fingers, to strike against Kyusho points on the body like the ribs.
13. Reverse Chop:
This strike can be used against places like side of the neck, back of the neck, the groin and such.
14. Palm Strike:
This is a very good and powerful strike, it seems less aggressive since your fists are open, but it still has a lot of power and you dont damage to knockles by using this strike on the street.
15. Striking with any part of your body:
Here you use parts of your body like the head, arm or shoulders to strike with. This way if you are not standing to make one of the other strikes, you will be able to use a part of your body and make that your weapon…
