Meditating on your senses
Meditating on their senses was used by the Ninja to become more aware and alert of danger in their enviroment……
We do train our senses in most Martial Arts both when we do sparring and other drills, we do become more aware…..

But in Ninjutsu (X-Kans), we do meditate directly on our 5 senses to become more aware…..
The way this is done is by:
Eyes: Start your day with a 10 min. meditation on everything you see, then afterwards be aware the rest of the day of all the things you see….
Ears: Start your day with a 10 min. meditation on everything you hear, then afterwards be aware the rest of the day of all the things you hear….
Feeling: Start your day with a 10 min. meditation on everything you feel, then afterwards be aware the rest of the day of all the things you feel….
Nose: Start your day with a 10 min. meditation on everything you smell, then afterwards be aware the rest of the day of all the things you smell….
Taste: Start your day with a 10 min. meditation on everything you taste, then afterwards be aware the rest of the day of all the things you taste….
